Position Overview 

 The 2025 Summer Internship at Stanley 1913 provides a unique opportunity for undergraduate business, strategy, or finance majors to work closely with the Chief of Staff and Global Leadership Team. This internship will focus on strategic business operations, offering exposure to high-level project management, strategic planning, optimization strategies, and connecting the dots at an executive level across a growing business. Interns will gain valuable experience in business process improvement, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership development, all while supporting key strategic projects within the organization. 

The internship is a 12-week commitment running from June 16th to September 5th. This is a hybrid role in Seattle, WA with expectations of coming into the office 2 - 3 times a week.    

What You’ll Do 

Project Leadership & Coordination: Support the execution and management of various strategic projects. This includes coordinating efforts across teams, monitoring progress, identifying potential risks, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. 

Strategic Operations Optimization: Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency across the organization. This includes identifying areas for process optimization, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall business performance. 

Executive Communications: Assist in developing clear and impactful communications across the business through internal messaging, presentations, and stakeholder engagement. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, including finance, operations, and business development, to align strategic goals and ensure smooth execution of projects. You will contribute to managing internal stakeholders and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. 

Who You Are 

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and will be a rising senior, entering your senior year in fall of 2025. 

Strong problem-solving skills. 

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities. 

Proven ability to balance multiple projects while delivering results. 

A self-starter who works independently yet thrives in a team environment. 

Demonstrated leadership in campus organizations, business clubs, or community service is a plus.
