In this role, you will collaborate closely with our senior instructional designers to transform VILT content into Level 4+ asynchronous e-learning. You will analyze courses built by our clients, create learning objectives to fill gaps, and design both supplantive and generative learning activities.

Working with our senior instructional designers, you'll help implement feedback from our client SMEs to refine lesson plans with appropriate e-learning strategies and activities. Then you will help create storyboards for our development team to create the e-learning courses.
