Summer Business Development Analyst - Intern

Job Title: Summer Business Development Analyst - Intern Company: Circuit Technology Center, Inc.

Compensation: $23 per hour

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst Intern for a 10-week full-time summer program. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing and will work closely with our executive team including the Director of Business Development and Director of Business Operations to support data-driven decision-making processes and contribute to various strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Gather and analyze data related to customer and industry trends to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
  • Process Improvement and Implementation: Help evolve current business practices and develop frameworks for modernizing current approaches, including digitizing key processes. Supporting the rollout and change management for new technology deployment.
  • Business Development: Working with the sales organization to identify key business targets for growth and helping to set meetings for the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. A self-starter with the ability to use current tools like ChatGPT to unblock challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
  • familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
