Mapping Center Specialist

Position Summary: The Mapping Center Specialists primary responsibility focuses on leading the processing and management of precision ag spatial data. Mapping Center Specialists coordinate with the Mapping Center Manager to identify processing priorities and timelines to drive clear expectations of processing turnaround time. Mapping Center Specialists also assist with providing customer support, training, and education on the FieldReveal software suite.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties for the Position include the following:

  • Assist with daily processing and management of precision ag spatial data
  • Communicate with FieldReveal customers on processing requests
  • Assist with providing customer support, training, and education on FieldReveal products
  • Coordinate with Product Development team and product specialist on software bugs and requests
  • Participate at various FieldReveal promotional events as needed

IN-DEPTH BREAKDOWN OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR GROUP INCLUDE

Assist with daily processing and management of precision ag spatial data

  • Responsible for the daily processing load and workflow
  • Coordinate processing workflow with other Mapping Center Specialists
  • Ensure processing tasks are being performed and operated within FieldReveal standards.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of FieldReveal precision ag database and final products.
  • Communicate directly with Mapping Center Manager relating to workload, timelines and data integrity.
  • Provide routine updates to Mapping Center and other FieldReveal members on daily processing activities and overall status of processing workflow.

Communicate with FieldReveal customers on processing requests

  • Communicate with Mapping Center Manager to understand priorities and processing timelines to ensure expectations between all parties are clear.
  • Build relationships with FieldReveal customers to promote trust and competency of FieldReveal products and the company as a whole.
  • Communicate effectively with FieldReveal customers to understand and complete various processing requests.
  • Communicate seasonal messages related to processing requests or data management to FieldReveal Customers.

Assist with providing customer support, training, and education on FieldReveal products

  • Assist in provide professional customer support via telephone, email, or in person relating to the FieldReveal software suite.
  • Assist with FieldReveal training and education events related to processing activities and spatial data management.
  • Work with Product Specialist to identify and focus areas of training and education based on feedback from events and or customer support.

Coordinate with Product Development team and Product Specialist on software bugs and requests

  • Communicate software requests to Product Development team from various events and or customer support.
  • Communicate with Product Specialist to identify and focus areas of training and education based on feedback from events and or customer support.
  • Communicate with Product Specialist on feedback received during events and or customer support.

Assisting with FieldReveal promotional events as needed

  • Be present and representable at tradeshows, trainings, or other functions which relate to the promotion of FieldReveal’s business
