Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical and motivated Sales Operations Intern to join our team at Stanley 1913. In this role, you will support the Sales Operations team by assisting with project management, data analysis, and process optimization to improve our sales operations and drive success in the marketplace.
The internship is a 12-week commitment running from June 16th to September 5th. This is a hybrid role with expectations of coming into the office about 2 - 3 times a week.
What You'll Do
- Assist with sales data analysis and reporting to support decision-making.
- Help streamline and optimize sales processes across various departments.
- Assist with tracking and managing sales projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Support administrative tasks related to sales operations activities.
Who You Are
- Strong analytical and critical thinker with an exceptional attention to detail
- Hyper organized, ability to prioritize and multi-task, and demonstrated project planning skills
- Ability to build consensus by creating relationships across multiple partners both within Stanley and with external vendors
- Experience with Microsoft Office365 including proficiency with Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education and Experience
- You will be entering your junior or senior year of undergrad in fall of 2025
- Ability to work from our Seattle office 25-50% of the work week
- Proficient with Microsoft office suite with emphasis on excel and PowerPoint
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$25 - $25 USD
