About the Role
Are you a Digital Learning Creator who thrives on thinking outside the box? Love AI tools, interactive content, and microlearning? Our client’s L&D Innovation Team is looking for a content-obsessed, creative Instructional Designer to develop performance-driven training that feels more like TikTok and YouTube Shorts than traditional corporate eLearning. This is NOT your typical "check-the-box" training role. We need someone who can turn customer service training into engaging, binge-worthy learning experiences using AI-powered tools, Synthesia, 7Taps, and Articulate 360.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with PMs & SMEs to create high-impact training that sticks.
  • Write AI prompts to generate real-world scenarios, scripts, job aids, practice exercises, and assessments.
  • Develop learning content in multiple formats — reference guides, how-to videos, podcasts, webinars, and microlearning shorts.
  • Design and build full learning journeys using Synthesia, 7Taps, and Articulate 360.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Review and refine existing courses to enhance engagement & effectiveness.
  • Track training impact and tweak content when gaps appear.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–3 years of experience in Instructional Design (fresh thinkers welcome)
  • Content creator mindset—if you can create TikToks, Reels, or Shorts that engage, you’re perfect!
  • Experience with Synthesia, 7Taps, and Articulate 360 (or the drive to learn them fast).
  • Simplify the complex—turning detailed topics into engaging, easy-to-digest content.
  • Self-starter who can manage projects and hold yourself (and others) accountable.
  • Problem-solving, creativity, and adaptability—durable skills that matter.
  • Small business or startup experience? Bonus.
  • Customer service background? Even better.
  • NO master’s degree required. We value creativity, curiosity, and impact over formal credentials.

Ready to create learning experiences that actually engage? Apply today!
