**100% Remote | 100% Flexible Schedule**

## POSITION OVERVIEW

Voice Up is seeking a visionary National Director to lead our groundbreaking Bridges of Resilience program, dedicated to transforming support systems for children with justice-involved parents through purpose-driven approaches. This pioneering leader will establish a nationwide framework for implementing Voice Up's Purpose Metric within schools, communities, and family support systems to create comprehensive, coordinated support for this vulnerable population.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, systems-focused leader with experience spanning education, juvenile justice, family support, and mental health sectors. This role requires someone who can navigate complex systems, build cross-sector partnerships, and champion innovative approaches that place purpose discovery at the center of supporting children with justice-involved parents.
