Our Education department is currently seeking a part-time Camp and Family Programmer who is passionate about learning new things and giving our guests the best possible experience.
This role is responsible for facilitating programming in the Toledo Zoo’s Education Department. The focus of this position will be on facilitating Summer Camps, preschool programs, and parent/child programs. This individual would also support educational programming in any area of the education department.
This position reports to the Education Program Manager and is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Minimum Training & Experience
- Must be 21+ years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers’ license and be insurable by the fleet insurance carrier.
- Pre-employment screening and background check are required.
- The Toledo Zoo is a drug-free workplace, including marijuana.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
