POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Summer Intern to support our Global Events team in executing Out Leadership’s Summer activations and assisting in the planning of our Fall/Winter 2025 events. This internship provides hands-on experience in event production, logistics, and strategy, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to high-impact events that engage top business leaders worldwide.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of Out Leadership’s summer activations, including networking events, talent programs, and business summits.
  • Assist in developing event materials, including run-of-show documents, speaker briefings, and attendee communications.
  • Research and recommend venues, vendors, and potential event partners in key global markets.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as guest lists, registration, and on-site setup.
  • Contribute to Out Leadership’s strategy for upcoming summits and activations.
  • Attend and support Out Leadership’s in-person and virtual events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in event management, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in LGBTQ+ equality and event planning.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and event management platforms is a plus.
