Artificial Intelligence (AI) Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Preprocessing: Work with large datasets from manufacturing operations, clean and preprocess data for AI model development.
- Model Development & Testing: Assist in the development and testing of machine learning models to optimize manufacturing processes (e.g., predictive maintenance, quality control, demand forecasting).
- Automation & Optimization: Collaborate on automating tasks and optimizing workflows using AI, improving the efficiency and scalability of operations.
- Problem-Solving: Apply AI and machine learning techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and insights that can lead to cost savings, efficiency improvements, and quality enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineers, production managers, data scientists) to integrate AI models into manufacturing systems.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular updates and presentations on project progress, challenges, and solutions for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised/unsupervised learning, regression, classification).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.
- Familiarity with data analysis libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Basic understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes or industrial engineering is a plus.
