Hardscape/Landscape Crew
- Assist with the construction of patios, retaining walls, and walkways
- Digging, leveling, and preparing land for installation
- Lifting and moving heavy materials (stones, pavers, gravel, etc.)
- Operating tools and equipment safely (training provided)
- Helping with other hardscape features like fire pits, garden walls, and more
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow project plans and work closely with the crew
- Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong physical stamina (lifting heavy materials, bending, digging)
- Must have reliable transportation to job sites
- A strong work ethic and team player mentality
- Ability to follow instructions and attention to detail
