Administrative Assistant

We're looking for an awesome highly-organized person to support the executive team and keep us all pointed in the same direction!  Join a small team that's doing big things in the world of life-science.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily schedule of the CEO and other executives
  • Support travel booking and arrangements for CEO and other executives
  • Plan and organize company events
  • Organize lunches and other logistics for regular meetings
  • General office and employee support, including some light HR maintenance duties
  • Prepare and edit Powerpoint presentations
  • Generate regular reports on business performance and publish internally
  • Take notes and publish minutes for executive meetings
  • Other coordination support as required

Attributes:

  • Friendly, outgoing and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization from Board to CEO to Employees.
  • Well organized and able to manage a variety of tasks in parallel
  • Strong general computer and office software skills
  • Ability to understand and synthesize general business concepts a strong plus
