Associate Attorney
Rammelkamp Bradney, P.C. is a eight-attorney firm located in Jacksonville, Illinois. The firm is looking for multiple full-time Associate Attorneys with 0-5 years of legal experience with a commitment to providing high quality legal service and becoming part of our community. For more than 125 years, our office has served individuals, businesses, school districts, and governmental entities throughout west central Illinois. Associate Attorneys will have the opportunity to work in a variety of practice areas including, but not necessarily limited to estate planning & probate, real estate, tax, agricultural law, litigation, business transactions, employment & labor, municipal, and school law. The Associate Attorney position offers a competitive salary ($70,000 to $120,000) as well as bonus potential.
Ideal Candidate
- JD from accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Illinois
- Possesses a record of sustained achievement
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Collaborates and works well with others

- Has experience or coursework related to transactional practice areas
- Willing to live near Jacksonville, Illinois
Job Functions
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients and business associates
- Communicate effectively and timely with clients and within the firm
- Perform legal research
- Prepare legal documents
- Gather and analyze relevant information
- Represent clients before courts and other administrative bodies
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff
- Manage individual case load and transactional matters
- Participate in administration and management of the firm
