Area leaders at LiFEsports are responsible for oversight of curricula implementation for all camp activities of a specific location. Area leaders will ensure all youth care workers understand the lessons for each day of camp, observe youth care workers implementing the curricula, and provide feedback and guidance when necessary to improve overall program quality. Area Leaders also will support youth care workers by implementing behavioral interventions with youth when deemed necessary. (Campus-Based and Dublin City School-based only)
