Media Designer Intern

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in the in-house design and development of multimedia including instructional videos for onboarding and training programs.
  • Edit and enhance video content, including adding graphics, animations, voiceovers, and captions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and trainers to ensure accuracy and clarity in instructional materials.
  • Organize and maintain a library of multimedia assets for training purposes.
  • Support the creation of instructional design documents, scripts, and storyboards.
  • Conduct research on best practices for video-based learning and instructional design.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual learning.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) is a plus but not required.
