Teacher on Special Assignment - Certified Reading Specialist (K-8)

General Description:

Under the direction of the Principal and Assistant Superintendent of Academic Affairs, this position is responsible for delivering evidence-based interventions and assessments aligned to Ohio’s Dyslexia Support Laws. The Certified Reading Specialist provides individual or small

group instruction to at-risk students. This position is also responsible for monitoring, reporting, and communicating dyslexia screening across grades K-8.
