What You’ll Do:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals in both home and daycare settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect data and track progress on client goals
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals
• Maintain a supportive, positive, and motivating environment for clients and their families

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about working with children and individuals with autism
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Previous experience in ABA or related fields is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to complete required training and obtain RBT certification (we’ll help you through the process if you’re not already certified!)
