Position: Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and individuals in both home and daycare settings
- Implement treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
- Collect data and track progress on client goals
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals
- Maintain a supportive, positive, and motivating environment for clients and their families
Who We’re Looking For:
- Passionate about working with children and individuals with autism
- Enthusiastic, dedicated, and reliable
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Previous experience in ABA or related fields is preferred but not required
- Must be willing to complete required training and obtain RBT certification (we’ll help you through the process if you’re not already certified!)
