Why You'll Love This Role
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, support, and mentor a team of 4-6 Fit Experts to drive sales and meet store goals.
- Customer-Centric Experience: Provide expert shoe fittings using our Volumental foot scanner to assess foot size, arch type, and gait analysis.
- Community Engagement: Represent Goodmiles at store events, expos, and local fitness gatherings while building relationships with gyms and community partners.
- Training & Growth: Promote ongoing education in running, wellness, and footwear technology for both customers and staff.
- Achieve & Exceed Goals: Meet personal sales targets while coaching your team to excel.
- Stay Active & Engaged: Work alongside customers who share your passion for running, walking, and fitness.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in running, coaching, fitness, or other athletic activities.
- Retail management and shoe experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for helping customers achieve their fitness goals through expert shoe fittings.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (especially during peak business times).
