
Mortgage Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to mortgage loan officers and processors throughout the loan origination process.
- Assist in gathering and organizing mortgage application documents from clients.
- Input and update client information accurately in the mortgage processing system.
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and title companies to gather necessary documentation.
- Prepare and distribute loan documents for client signatures.
- Monitor and track the status of mortgage applications to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for loan officers.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their mortgage application status.
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies in mortgage documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
- Support other members of the mortgage operations team as needed.
