Mortgage Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to mortgage loan officers and processors throughout the loan origination process.
  • Assist in gathering and organizing mortgage application documents from clients.
  • Input and update client information accurately in the mortgage processing system.
  • Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, and title companies to gather necessary documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute loan documents for client signatures.
  • Monitor and track the status of mortgage applications to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for loan officers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their mortgage application status.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies in mortgage documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
  • Support other members of the mortgage operations team as needed.
