camp counselor intern

The Community Collective is seeking summer interns to serve as camp counselors. This internship offers hands-on experience in key areas such as the 40 Developmental Assets, multicultural engagement, a decentralized church model, and working in a transitional neighborhood in urban Pittsburgh.

Interns will be responsible for designing and leading lesson plans, facilitating games and activities, and assisting with general camp operations. The camp runs for three days, allowing flexibility for interns who also work or take classes.

This paid internship includes bi-weekly compensation, housing, a bi-weekly food stipend, and the opportunity to earn college credit. Join us for a fun and meaningful summer experience—we can't wait to have you on board!
