AGCO Digital Transformation Summer Internship 2025

Are you a technically minded student curious about applying innovative digital solutions to transform traditional financial services? Auerbach Grayson invites talented and motivated undergraduate and master's students to join our 2025 Digital Transformation Summer Internship Program.

This internship is a project-based program giving you hands-on experience applying technical skills to drive business innovation. You'll work directly with our Digital Transformation, Market Intelligence, and Business Development teams on initiatives that drive innovation at our firm.

 You’ll receive hands-on experience on a wide variety of initiatives, ranging from process optimization to data analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in gaining exposure to the intersection of finance and technology, along with mentorship from professionals leading a digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related technical field
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency in least one programming language (C, Python, Java etc)
• Fundamental understanding of relational databases and data structures is preferred
• Familiarity with data visualization concepts and tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in financial markets and technology (financial knowledge not required)
• Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Program Duration

This is a 10-week paid internship. You must be able to commit to the full program duration. The program begins with an orientation on June 4, 2025.

• Applications must be submitted through Handshake
• Accepted applicants will be informed of acceptance no later than May 2, 2025
