Join Reid Law Group’s Summer Intern Program, where you’ll develop essential legal skills through an immersive mock trial experience while working alongside experienced attorneys and professionals.

Internship Duties:

  1. Mock Trial Preparation & Participation
    a. Assist in developing case strategy and trial themes
    b. Draft opening statements, direct and cross-examinations, and closing arguments.
    c. Participate in trial simulations, delivering oral arguments and examining witnesses.
    d. Conduct witness preparation and practice questioning techniques.
  2. Legal Research & Writing
    a. Research case law, statutes, and legal precedents to support mock trial arguments.
    b. Analyze significant issues and apply legal principles in trial scenarios.
  3. Case Analysis & Evidence Review
    a. Review case files, medical records, and police reports to develop trial strategy.
    b. Assist in compiling and organizing exhibits for trial presentations.
    c. Evaluate deposition transcripts and witness statements for use in litigation.
  4. Courtroom Procedures & Litigation Training
    a. Gain exposure to courtroom decorum, procedural rules, and trial advocacy techniques.
    b. Observe motion hearings, depositions, and mediation simulations.
    c. Engage in oral advocacy training to enhance litigation skills.
