What You’ll Do

This role allows you to make a meaningful impact during critical out-of-school hours. You will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons using KinderCare’s curriculum to meet the unique needs of every child.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing space where children can play, learn, and build relationships.
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners to ensure a positive and enriching experience.
  • Support program goals related to enrollment, accreditation, and family engagement.

Program hours are 2:45–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, totaling 16.5 hours weekly.

What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team environment, brings enthusiasm to their work, and has:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of childcare experience.
  • A solid understanding of child development and educational best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • The ability to meet state licensing requirements and pass background checks.
