Benesch is proud to announce the opening for an Instructional Design Intern in our Cleveland or Chicago office! This position is hybrid and has work from home flexibility.

Position Summary:

Are you studying instructional design or adult learning?  Do you have some experience with building out program modules?  Are you looking for a summer opportunity to get hands-on experience using content creation software?  Then our opportunity for an Instructional Design Intern role may be the one you've been looking for!  This role is designed for the junior or senior level student who is looking to assist with projects and learn the practical world of instructional design.

The intern sill support the Professional Development team with the creation of e-learning content for Benesch attorneys.  The primary responsibilities will include:

• Using content creation software to turn e-learning outlines and scripts into learning modules
• Assist with subject matter interviews
• Assist with research, storyboarding and scripting
• Assist with building out program modules

Qualifications:

The Instructional Design Intern should have some prior academic experience with instructional design.  Experience with Easy Generator, Storyline or Articulate is a must.  Experience with MS Suite is required.
