Gohn Hankey & Berlage LLP is seeking qualified applicants for associate positions.

Gohn Hankey & Berlage is a Maryland-based law firm with offices in Baltimore and Annapolis. Our attorneys specialize in business law and commercial litigation, covering matters that include complex business and real estate transactions, bankruptcy, and intellectual property disputes. The firm represents a broad array of clients from individuals and small businesses to large multi-national clients. You will have the opportunity to assist all the firm’s attorneys, but will report primarily to Jan Berlage. Jan is a trial attorney whose practice includes bankruptcy, intellectual property, and commercial litigation. Jan is an active member of the community, serves on various committees, and presents regularly on various legal issues. Under Jan’s guidance, associates should expect to be involved with cases at many different stages, including anything from drafting pleadings and legal research to appearing in courts for hearings and trials.

This is a small firm and you can expect to be given real responsibility, as well as one-on-one mentoring from experienced and recognized attorneys. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
