IT & Operations Specialist with Marketing and Bookkeeping Responsibilities
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an IT & Operations Specialist. This unique role combines expertise in information technology, AI, operations, marketing strategies, and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a technical background and the ability to manage daily operations, support marketing initiatives, and maintain accurate financial records. This is an exciting opportunity to make a broad impact within our financial institution. To ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently, ultimately enhancing our customer service experience.
Onsite/In Office is expected Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 with occasional after-hours availability.
Key Responsibilities:

Information Technology (IT):
- Maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring all systems, networks, and applications run smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Be willing to work with Third Party IT company if unable to correct an issue alone.
- Support the implementation of new IT solutions, including software installations, updates, and server management.
- Ensure data security, backup, and recovery processes are up-to-date and function correctly.
- Provide tech support to staff and assist in training on new technologies or systems.

AI Utilization:
- Assist in researching and integrating solutions that help streamline operations, enhance customer service, and provide actionable insights from the bank’s data
- Ensure data is being utilized effectively to meet business goals

Operations Management:
- Monitor and streamline daily operations to improve overall efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in vendor relationships and cost efficiencies.
- Assist in coordinating projects and tasks across departments, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Help identify areas for operational improvement and suggest strategic changes.

Marketing:
- Assist in developing and executing digital marketing strategies (social media, email campaigns, etc.) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal personnel to create promotional content and campaigns.
- Analyze and report on marketing performance, helping to optimize strategies based on data insights.
- Maintain and update the company website and digital presence.

Bookkeeping:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including balancing various accounts
- Automating financial processes
- Developing custom tools to track expenditures
- Discovering systems that align with budget goals
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in IT, operations, and technical support.
- Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (social media, email campaigns, etc).
- Willing to learn bookkeeping processes, and strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams and Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).
- Web design and development is not required but would be a great asset
