The ideal candidate is versed with matching painting styles and can easily carry on the look and feel of the Moglea brand. A background in the arts is helpful but is not required. Great candidates are confident, able to make this creative practice their own, while continuing to create beautiful Moglea designs. This individual is ready to lead others both verbally and in practice, adhering to the values of the company.

Our Company:

Moglea was launched in 2012, and is under the creative direction of Chad and Meg Gleason. Their artful stationery and product line is created by using hand-applied production processes to add one-of-a-kind elements to each product. The production team in their Des Moines, Iowa-based studio thoughtfully applies layers of paint to extra thick sheets of paper before cutting them down, yielding completely unique compositions. Each piece is finished on one of their antique presses where it is foil stamped, printed or die cut using traditional letterpress printing processes.

The Moglea line is a joyful exploration of composition, pattern and color. For each new release, Chad and Meg intentionally focus on adding unexpected production processes or visual ideas to the current collection. The result is a product line in which each piece feels like a work of art that is meant to be shared.

The Moglea line is sold worldwide, with placement in over 1000 stores. The line is also sold nationwide by retailers such as Anthropologie, West Elm, CB2, The Container Store and Dick Blick Art Materials.
