Legal & Contracts Intern

Internship Responsibilities:

• Review a subset of contracts for risk and compliance language to ensure strong documentation of contractual obligations 
• Assist in populating Metadata in KnowledgeLake (e.g. categorizing, populating expiration dates)
• Other regulatory services assistance and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

Law degree or 2nd year law student or higher. Excellent problem solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
