Onboarding Administrator
The Onboarding Administrator is responsible for the onboarding of our Enumerate Financial Services clients. This includes but is not limited to planning, building data tables, configuring system resources and coordinating with other Teams and vendors to achieve successful onboarding. The administrator ensures implementations are completed on time and with the right resources. This role is responsible for scoping projects, creating processes and liaising between different departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute onboarding process:
- Gather necessary data from property management companiesand owners
- Create project timeline for implementation
- Build database in Enumerate Central (accounting platform)
- Establish banking relationships and link the necessary accounts to the platform
- Establish payment processing method agreements for accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Create user profiles in Enumerate Central
- Establish a successful handoff process to account managers after they complete onboarding
- Implement technical systems and solutions in support of organizational objectives.
- Monitor past rollout projects and create reports detailing insights and potential improvements for future initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure that goals are being met throughout the implementation process.
- Create project plans, generate meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure all tasks have been completed with quality according to plan.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders, as well as serve as a first line of escalation.
- Create process improvements and ensure they are being adhered to.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS Implementations
- Demonstrated time management and critical thinking skills.
- Project Management a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships via phone and email.
- Basic Accounting knowledge is a plus
