R28186 Summer Internship: Distribution & Regional Quality Intern (Hybrid - San Carlos, CA)

This is a hybrid role - our ideal candidate will report to our San Carlos, CA office at least one day a week. We are unable to offer relocation assistance.

 

Education Required: Actively enrolled in a university undergraduate, graduate/masters or PhD/PharmD program in a scientific area (cannot be graduating any sooner than Dec 2025)

 

General Description/Scope of Responsibilities (Internship):

Support meaningful, business critical Quality projects that impact the business​:

  • Perform administrative updates to Quality Agreements
  • Support archival of Quality records
  • Support training curriculum implementation for new organization
  • Optional activity: Extend Quality App to other regions (based on software/programming experience of the candidate)

 

Work with a mentor in the Distribution & Regional Quality department.

Attend team meetings and all-company events, speaker series, and networking opportunities, as applicable.

Work with key stakeholders in and outside of Distribution & Regional Quality department on activities related to the scope of the project assignments.

Prepare and present a final presentation for the project assignments.

 

Qualifications:

Actively enrolled in a university undergraduate, graduate/masters or PhD/PharmD program in a scientific area.

 

Computer Skills:   R and (or) SAS

 

Computer Skills: Will require personal laptop computer. Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

 

 

Pay Range:

$27.50/hr (bachelors)

$38.50/hr (masters)

$40.50/hr (PhD)

Salary Range: $ - $ per hour

Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process.  Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan, and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
