Director of Quality Services

Purpose of Position 

The purpose of this position is increase organizational excellence by (1) assisting the Executive Team in planning, implementing, and documenting Total Quality Management (TQM) practices throughout the Juvenile Office; (2) assisting the Executive Team in facilitating any identified organizational change needs by using continuous quality improvement models, (3) overseeing research projects conducted at the Greene County Juvenile Office; and (4) supervising staff in the Quality Unit.

Minimum Training and Experience 

Required to Perform Essential Job Functions B.S or B.A. Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) in the Behavioral Sciences, Business, Data Analytics or Computer Science fields Experience: At least two years of experience supervising and managing staff and projects with at least two years’ experience manipulating data contained in computer information systems/databases and in the use of specialized report development software. Experience in working with database development, work with SQL or other similar languages and programs. Experience may be acquired from educational practice or work experience in an information services or business environment.
