Permanency Supervisor (CYFD/PSD)

This position will supervise unit of protective services case workers responsible for engaging children, parents, and other caregivers in order to coordinate assessments and permanency plans for children in CYFD custody to promote child safety, permanency and well-being.

• Provide direct supervision to CPS workers and participate on the local county office management team (30%).
• Review, assign, and monitor CPS cases to appropriate services to ensure timely permanency, safety and enhanced well-being for children and families (30%).
• Review and approve ongoing case management practices and collaborates across service areas and with community based providers (20%).
• Review practices to ensure the provision of quality services and other duties as assigned to achieve agency mission (20%).
