Inventory Analyst Intern

POSITION SUMMARY 

Our internships are designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the department you’re placed in, as well as an overview of every department’s contribution to our business. The Inventory Analyst Intern will perform routine, entry-level inventory analyst’s tasks with the goal of developing more advanced applied inventory analysis skills. 

This internship will begin in the summer of 2025.   

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Provides general entry-level support to the operations department. 

  • Assists team members with day-to-day tasks.
  • Smartsheet tracking of Inventory 
  • Manage the documenting of product descriptions, quantities, type of packaging, etc. 
  • Taking Photos of materials to upload to Smartsheet for tracking and traceability. 
  • Collaborate with inventory stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, and make recommendations to current inventory systems  
  • Some basic Oracle Inventory look ups needed onsite at warehouse 
  • Other duties may be assigned. 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Current college junior/senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in (area of focus) 
  • Must have at least a 2.8 GPA (3.0 or 3.2+ preferred) 
  • Must be involved in at least 1 extra-curricular activity or volunteer activity 
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to analyze data and decipher information
