This is a strategic, leadership, technical, and administrative position is responsible for driving enterprise-wide IT integration strategies, providing expert guidance, and overseeing successful implementations. On a typical day, you might:
- Ensure integrity and ethics in IT goals, processes, and outcomes with authority to alter outcomes that do not meet Trillium standards.
- Demonstrate and maintain a deep understanding of enterprise-wide business functions including but not limited to administrative, clinical, human resource, information technology, and quality to support interdependencies of each functional area with an IT focus.
- Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of organization systems, functional architectures, interoperating systems design, and program specifications to deliver change outcomes that prepare the organization for success as an LME/ MCO managing many benefit plans.
- Assess structural, financial, technical, and human resource risks or barriers to change then develops and supports mitigation plans inside and outside of IT.
- Direct Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for project scope and resource estimates along with completion timelines.
- Direct and maintain system standards and processes including Change Management Systems.
- Develop rapport with all department leaders to establish business and leadership competence.
- Strategize with IT Executive to resolve conflicts among resources.
- Consult, coach, and support stakeholders through IT deliverable planning, deployment, and operations.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Management, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Public Administration, Education, Government, Law, or similar disciplines.
Masters or Advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum three (3) years of experience managing one or all of the following: healthcare, insurance, organization design and implementation, Project Management principles and methodologies, the definition, capture and presentation of performance metrics, leadership, decision making, team building, executive interaction, developing financial support and business cases.
Supervision of two (2) or more employees is preferred.
Seven (7) or more years of supervisory experience is preferred.
Experience in more than one listed function as noted above is a plus.
License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license.
A certification in Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-ACP or ITIL or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP is preferred.
Location:
Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
Remote within North Carolina.
