Account Assistant

¨     Principal Accountability

-      Assist team member to provide satisfied client service;

-      Assist team member for the client filing;

-      Assist team leader on daily administrative tasks.

 

¨     Key Results Area (KRA)

-      Learn and help team member to provide account service, such as data collection, insurer or products comparison & proposal, etc.

-      Assist team member for the client category and filing, including client basis info, insurance record, renew condition & penetration etc.

-      Assist to arrange the administrative or logistic work for the seminars or programs held by the team;

-      Study and follow Company Policy, Broker Guides, System requirements, E&O Compliance, etc. in the daily work.

- Assist team on daily administrative tasks.
