Veterinary Associate

Town & Country Animal Services, located in Danville KY, is seeking to add a veterinary associate to our busy growing large animal practice.  We provide preventative care, basic surgery, reproductive, dentistry, nutrition, and emergency care to our patients.

The practice is primarily ambulatory with an equine haul-in facility.  We treat a vast mixture of species from equine to bovine, small ruminents, and a sprinkle of exotics.  We offer ultrasound, digital x-ray, endoscopy, StableLab and Vetscan hematology/chemistry analyzers.

The position includes a fully stocked practice vehicle, with rotating on call scheduling, and rotating holidays on call.  Compensation package includes licensing fees, liability/malpractice insurance, health insurance, continuing education opportunities, membership dues 401K, and the on-call veterinary receives a percentage of the after hours emergency fees in pocket.  Vacation/Paid time off is available beginning on the 1 year anniversary date of hire.  Competitive salary based on experience.   We welcome new graduates and offer mentorship.
