Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Growth: Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with ArchK’s vision by identifying market opportunities and leveraging competitive insights to drive business expansion.
- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, optimizing operations for efficiency and scalability while ensuring timely delivery and impactful results.
- Market Expansion & Partnerships: Drive global market expansion by establishing strategic partnerships with top universities, design firms, and industry leaders, tailoring approaches to diverse cultural and business landscapes.
- Resource Integration & Team Leadership: Coordinate internal teams and external resources to ensure seamless collaboration, providing clear leadership to foster a high-performance, accountable, and innovative work culture.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze industry trends and operational data to generate actionable recommendations, using insights to inform strategic decisions and support business innovation.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience in consulting, strategic planning, operations, or business management, with a proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong data analysis skills paired with a strategic mindset focused on long-term growth and innovation.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership and communication skills in English and Chinese, with a collaborative approach to guiding cross-functional teams and engaging global stakeholders.
- Market Insight & Adaptability: Deep understanding of market dynamics, with the ability to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies in response to evolving trends.
