SVN | Traditions is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our dynamic team in New Braunfels, TX. Working with one of our Managing Directors, you’ll gain hands-on experience in research, underwriting, marketing, lead generation, client engagement and overall business growth. This role offers mentorship, a fast-paced environment, and exceptional growth potential.

What You’ll Do
- Work closely with a Managing Director for hands-on training.
- Conduct market research, underwriting, and lead prospecting.
- Build client relationships and manage transactions.
- Develop marketing materials and a self-branded social media presence.
- Engage in outbound prospecting and networking.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business. Finance or real estate emphasis preferred.
- Sales agent license (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and financial modeling.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Coachable, proactive, and eager to learn.
