Human Resources Director

Our campus has recently expanded with the addition of several new multi-level facilities, and we are looking to fill the key role of a Human Resources Director.


The Human Resources Director is responsible for leading and overseeing all employment-related functions, ensuring compliance with laws, and promoting a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will develop and administer HR policies, manage recruitment and selection processes, oversee performance management, administer benefits, and facilitate employee training. This role also involves supervising HR staff, collaborating with leadership to foster a values-based culture, and serving as a liaison for employee relations and resident-led programs.

We are seeking a professional with a bachelor’s degree in business, management, or human resources, along with at least three years of HR management experience. A PHR certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential.

This position requires a proactive, team-oriented leader who can support employees at all levels while upholding our organization’s mission and values.

Salary: $100,649.00 to $125,811.50 annually (DOE)
Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday with occasional weekends as manager on duty
