Kaplan Interpreting Services, a leading firm specializing in language translation and interpreting with over 16 years of experience and proficiency in 200 plus languages, is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and highly motivated Sales Intern to join our growing team.

As an intern, you will work directly with our CEO and the sales team to develop strategies, engage with potential clients, and learn the art of closing deals. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you will gain valuable experience and mentorship, setting you up for success in any sales-driven career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and video calls to generate leads and expand our client base.
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns, cold calls, and follow-ups.
  • Assist in drafting and sending persuasive proposals to potential clients.
  • Support the sales team by conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that resonates with potential clients.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate lead information.
  • Work alongside the CEO to arrange meetings with key business prospects.


    Skills and Qualifications:
  • Native or near-native proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills—you're not afraid to strike up a conversation and create connections!
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills—ability to sell and articulate services effectively.
  • Strong persuasion skills with the ability to influence and close deals.
  • A competitive mindset—if you enjoy sports or have a background in team-based environments, you’re the type we’re looking for.

  • Previous CRM experience is a plus, but not required.
