We are looking for a Finance Intern to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to the US Controller and based in San Jose, CA.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Role and Responsibilities: 

• Assist in financial data analysis, including revenue forecasting, expense tracking, and budget variance analysis. 
• Support accounts payable and receivable functions by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in collections efforts. 
• Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Maintain accurate financial records and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 
•  Assist with audit preparations, including gathering necessary documentation and supporting audit inquiries. 
• Gain exposure to financial software and systems, aiding in data entry and system maintenance.
• Participate in special finance-related projects as assigned by the finance team.

Skills and Experience:   

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP). 
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• This internship is scheduled to begin June 2025 and end approximately August 2025.
