JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Gathering requirements from stakeholders, converting these requirements into user stories using various formats like Gerkins format, translating them into deliverables and creating Deployment Estimates for Business and other internal teams and clients
  • Conduct various Scrum Ceremonies to review the requirements, groom the user stories, do sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective.
  • Tracking of user stories and handling Scrum and Sprint Boards on JIRA. Processing the burnup and burndown charts to calculate velocity and capacity of the team for future sprints and deliveries
  • Gathering User Feedback to create tickets and support the fix of bugs and issues and conduct JAD Sessions to reach goal of improving the products
  • Weekly Reporting to the managers about the progress of various projects and delivery on Application and also participating on SOS Calls to engage with various scrum masters.
  • Act as a liason between the management and technical IT, identify and manage expectations, delivery, timelines and create a roadmap to successful delivery
  • For various internal tools, understand the existing tool, gather information, perform analysis and recommend new enhancements.
  • Work as the point of contact for upstream and downstream dependencies for different stakeholders who have dependency on the data and all dependent teams which are involved in the delivery of the project
  • Use various tools such as Jira, Rally, Sharepoint, MS Excel, MS Office, PEGA, Java, SQL developer, Oracle DB etc.
