The Role

We’re hiring a Commercial Lines Insurance Manager to launch and lead our commercial division. This is not a plug-and-play job—this is build-it-yourself leadership. You’ll shape the department, hire and train your team, and help us dominate the commercial space in Georgia , Florida, Texas, Mississippi and beyond.

What You’ll Do

Build and execute strategies to grow our commercial lines division

Lead, train, and manage a small team of commercial agents

Oversee daily operations, production goals, and performance standards

Deliver exceptional service and develop deep client relationships

Work directly with leadership to align division goals with agency strategy

Track KPIs, client acquisition, retention, and division performance

Stay sharp on market trends, carrier shifts, and competitive positioning

What You Bring

Bachelor's in Risk Management, Business, or related field

Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Strategic thinker with high emotional intelligence

A bias for action, ownership, and execution

Tech-literate (Google Suite or Microsoft Office) and ready to learn agency software

A hunger to build something great—and stick with it
