The Accredited Training Programs Support (ATP) Intern will be responsible for a broad range of tasks during the summer months that support the execution, maintenance, and overall success of isaca’s accredited training programs for isaca. This role offers the unique opportunity to shadow and collaborate with a diverse team, gaining hands-on experience in program coordination, data management, and technology platform support. The intern will also gain insight into working within a nonprofit organization that delivers industry-recognized, high-quality certification and certificate training to partners and clients globally.
Essential Job Functions:

Trainer Management Assistance
- Assist with organizing trainer application materials and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Help track and update trainer information, including qualifications and certifications.
- Support communications with trainers regarding program updates, inquiries, and scheduling.

Technology and Data Maintenance
- Ensure trainer databases and systems are updated and accurate.
- Assist in generating reports on trainer activity and program metrics.
- Support basic troubleshooting and upkeep of program-related technology platforms.

Program Coordination Support
- Help plan and coordinate trainer onboarding sessions and monthly calls.
- Assist with managing trainer materials and program deliverables.
- Track training schedules and provide logistical support for program activities.

Program Support
- Provide support to the Principal and Support Specialist, ATP, with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing day-to-day program tasks.
- Assist with maintaining and updating the Accredited Trainer Portal and related tools.
- Organize and compile feedback and data from trainers for reporting purposes..

Survey, Feedback, and Content Review Support
- Assist in designing, distributing, and analyzing surveys to collect trainer or participant feedback.
- Organize feedback data into reports for review by the Principal and Support Specialist.
- Help proofread and update training materials, program guides, or FAQ documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy in trainer-related communications
Special Projects
Provide assistance with special projects or initiatives as assigned.
Collaborate with team members or cross-functional department to support program improvements and operations.
Shadowing and Learning
Shadow team members during strategic planning or technology implementation meetings to gain a better understanding of program operations.
Take notes and summarize meeting outcomes for team use, while learning about program management and technology platforms.
Required Field of Study:
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business Management, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related area of study

*Location: We strongly prefer candidates who can commute to Schaumburg, IL for orientation as well as 3-4 in-person meetings throughout the summer (in addition – meet the other team members in office periodically throughout engagement). Though you are welcome to work from our offices full-time, there is no requirement to do so. We will consider select remote locations within the U.S., but preference will be given to local candidates.
