Intern, DEI and Social Responsibility

The DEI & Social Responsibility ((Philanthropy and Human Rights) intern will support the planning and execution of DEI and Social Responsibility initiatives, programs, and events. They will collaborate with the ESG team and other departments to learn more about our work and how it supports the company’s values-driven culture, while bringing a fresh perspective to enhance our efforts. With a passion for DEI and social responsibility, they will research and present new opportunities for future growth within the landscape.

• Support the DEI & Social Responsibility team with the development of a cultural calendar for corporate team members/ERGs.
• Support the planning and execution of a Wish Day opportunity for the 2025 summer interns, as well as the promotion of Wish Days and other volunteer opportunities for corporate team members, i.e., global virtual volunteer events with Percent Pledge.
• Draft monthly (July and August) awareness/observance articles for Wyndham Weekly.
