Intern, Partner Business Development and Operations

Partner Business Development and Operations Intern Business Development - Preparation of prospective partner pitch materials, presentations, proposals and analyses - Sizing, scope and program concept development in conjunction with the Sr. Director, Partner Business Development - Pipeline research, meeting notes/summaries and tracking and reporting processes support with Sr. Director, Partner Business Development - Participate in internal and external prospect partnership meetings where appropriate, support with meeting documentation, recapping and next action steps processes Partner Operations - Analysis of partnership revenue performance with Partnership Operations Manager - Development of three-year partnership growth roadmaps in conjunction with Sr. Director Partner Operations - Participate in existing partner status meetings, support with Partner Operations processes and monthly performance reporting - Working with Partnership Operations team, build framework for enhanced digital marketing tactics for key partnerships to boost and support Q4 year-end revenue targets - Assist with partnership marketing program management, including digital and email campaigns - Audit competitor partnerships and benchmark marketing and customer experience partnership components, work with Sr. Director to develop competitive analysis presentation - Participate in internal Partner Operations project management meetings - Support Partnership Operations IT integration projects with timeline and milestone reporting General Participate in team meetings, interdepartmental collaboration huddles and brainstorm sessions.
