Administrative Receptionist-Bradenton, FL

Mauldin & Jenkins is seeking a Receptionist to help support our Bradenton office. We are looking for a team player who is committed to producing outstanding work that results in success for our Administrative Team and our Firm. The successful candidate will be able to multitask in a deadline- driven environment while providing customer service and supporting daily office operations. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are a necessity – along with sensitivity to confidential matters. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and positive, can- do attitude.

The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Operating the front desk
  • Greeting clients
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Processing, sorting, and distributing mail
  • Managing meeting room availability
  • Maintaining conference rooms and reception area
  • Daily errands to the post office, FedEx, or bank
  • Process and mail/email invoices directly to clients
  • Additional tasks as needed.

The following skills are needed for this role:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Proficiency with Google (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Proficiency in English language usage, spelling, and grammar for proofreading
  • Willingness and ability to learn other proprietary software
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in demands, expectations and/or deadlines, work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and work with all levels of personnel.

The Bradenton office hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be needed during busy seasons (overtime eligible).
