Sales Representative

Job Overview
YCF is a restaurant that provides corporate catering & also supplies retailers with goods for their customers. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business to business sales growth and expanding our market presence. You will essentially, contact prospects to provide catering or fill their inventory with our products. This position involves engaging with business clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will start off with a list of warm leads that have been introduced to our restaurant. This is a commission-based position. Responsibilities

• Make in person sales calls with select businesses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance lead generation efforts.
• Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating their benefits to customers.
• Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote products and services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales, outside sales, or direct sales is preferred.
• Strong background in business development with a focus on lead generation and market analysis.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
