About Your Role:
Growing and supporting Managed Services, Cloud, Internet, and traditional Voice Services for Spectrotel’s largest customer accounts.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reach out to existing customers and effectively communicate current challenges with their traditional voice services (increased rates, retirement of copper facilities, slow response to repair issues)
- Review with the existing customer, various Spectrotel POTs replacement products (PoBB, PiaB/Airdial, UCaaS etc) that will minimize these challenges in the future.
- Gather information from the customer to generate quotes and contracts
- Receive customer approval to move forward with Spectrotel POTs replacement solution
- Obtain additional customer information needed for service delivery (i.e. Line Use, internet provider, site contact information etc)
- Review with the customer the service delivery process and expectations
- Partner with service delivery with providing customer updates or address customer concerns or issues
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, and quality standards are met.
- Communicate customer goals and represent the customer interests internally.
- Understands company capabilities, services, and products, effectively communicating Spectrotel value and product benefits in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills required to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships
- Detail oriented, motivated, self-starter, and goal oriented
- Technical competence
- High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team environment
- Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- Undergraduate degree
- Knowledge of Spectrotel POTs replacement products and services offered including POTs in a Box/Airdial, POTs over Broadband, Cloud-Hosted PBX/UCaaS, roadband) – training will be provided
