Call for Newsroom Interns - Fall 2025

LNP Media Group, Inc., which publishes LNP in print and LancasterOnline for Lancaster County readers, is seeking intern candidates to work in its newsroom during Fall 2025. Interns are paid $15/hour and work full-time schedules for 12 weeks from Aug. 19 to Nov. 7.

During Fall 2025, two successful candidates will report and write on the news and sports teams. A third intern will expand their photography skills as a member of the Visual Team. The deadline to apply for these positions is March 31, 2025.

To apply, you are encouraged to submit a cover letter, resume and writing or photography samples for consideration. In your letter, you must also indicate which department's internship you are interested in – news, sports or photography.

You will need your own transportation and be located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, for reporting purposes during this internship. It is not remote. You will be offered free housing and free parking near the newsroom's office as well.

This is a rich experience for journalists getting started on their careers with opportunities to chase breaking news, cover sports, and expand your news photography skills.
